This product was highly recommended to me by a colleague so I decided to try it myself. I'm 35 years old and have tried dozens of different protein shakes and meal replacements since high school, so I think I have a bright future. See attached image for nutritional information. Pros: This meal replacement contains quality ingredients like servings of fruits and vegetables, and the vanilla powder contains no artificial sweeteners. An excellent source of protein (from low-lactose milk protein isolate and whey isolate), calcium and a dozen different vitamins. Just 2g of sugar per serving plus 4g of fiber in vanilla powder. Chocolate powder contains 1g of sugar and 6g of fiber. Great taste. I know this is subjective but there are reviews that say the taste is terrible and I disagree. I have had many horrible tasting powdered shakes and this product is not one of them. Cons: Expensive powder doesn't dissolve completely or at least looks gritty or grainy when mixed in a shaker. Contains sucralose, which I don't like. I honestly don't mind sand. Maybe because a lot of the protein powders and meal replacements used years ago were the same and I've gotten used to them. I found that when I mixed this with water and unsweetened almond milk the grain was much less noticeable. If you can puree it in a blender, you'll get the best results. The high price is the main reason why I don't rate it five stars. The quality is definitely 5 star and I like the product but the price is high enough that I don't buy it more often. It's like the most luxurious cars. You would buy it in no time if they weren't so expensive. Summary: I recommend this product, especially if cost is not an issue for you. The quality is better than any other meal replacement I have used in the past. Update: This is my first time buying chocolate flavor and wanted to add a picture with nutritional information and share my thoughts. I was disappointed to see that the chocolate powder contained sucralose and not the stevia found in the vanilla powder. I like the taste of powdered chocolate, but it's very sweet and has an artificial sweetener flavor that I don't like. It's not as bad as drinking diet soda, but there's a hint of that flavor. Conclusion: I prefer vanilla powder over chocolate powder, but would still buy chocolate powder again.
