I bought two of these lamps. The first gave off a lot of light and I liked the easy attachment system. Another benefit was that the battery holder was a separate case with the battery held in place by Velcro. The downside was the battery life - just over 3 hours on medium intensity, and it took a full day to charge. That's why I bought the second device - to always have a fully charged battery ready. And that's how it worked for about three months, when everything collapsed at once. No combination of charger, battery or light works at all.
