Review on Support Board by Duane Ramos

The best thing about this program is that it gives me more control over my customer support department as I can customize everything to fit our needs perfectly! It's easy for new users, but also great if have had experience in other programs like Slack or even Facebook Messenger. There are some minor bugs here and there which could be resolved by giving out updates regularly. But overall, we haven't found anything majorly wrong so far. We've been using this product since last year now and everyone loves how organized things get once they start using it.
