Everything I've come across so far has been very easy for my clients' employees to use. The setup process was fairly simple as well. It's not cheap by any means (compared to competitors) but if you need redundancy in place then this will help ensure that users can access their files at all times from anywhere they are within an internet connection range. There isn't much else about RBackup really - we're using it mainly because its free! Would be interested in seeing some more examples of how people have used it though. We needed somewhere where our staff could easily store documents without having them locally which would mean being constantly connected via wifi/mobile devices etc., plus ensuring there were no security issues.
