Review on Square Schneider Electric 9013FHG59J52M1X Air Compressor by Jacob Ferrarini

Easy installation and great performance! I recently purchased a Sears Contractor series compressor which was a huge disappointment. During the warranty period, they had to replace the pump and pressure switch (both made in China). The new pressure switch failed again a few weeks later, causing the compressor to run until it cut out the 220 volt switch, which not only caused hassle and additional repairs, but posed a real risk of fire or explosion. The compressor shop told me that the Square D brand is very well made and they went with a pressure switch. I compared the Square D shifter to the Original Equipment Sears shifter and the difference in build quality was clear.
