The best thing about mok is their team and how quick they are in getting back with you! They have been incredibly helpful from start up process all through implementation.

Nothing I can really think off at this moment but if i were them maybe get more options for payment option (i'm not picky). A lot less expensive than other agencies out there which was important too me because my budget wasn't much. Honestly thought it would be harder since it's an online product so used website design tools like Wix or Squarespace instead though still new learning curve and figuring things out along way!! But overall great experience working together especially during launch phase where everything went smoothly and everyone knew what needs done each day/week etc., Now looking forward into maintenance stage when our work will need adjusting here &there just make sure communication channel open between client manager - project lead / designer who knows exactly whats going one throughout entire.
