When I received the device I noticed the pump wasn't pumping water so I opened up the device and noticed that the pump mount that holds it in place is broken and not fastened was and the pump was not present. I had to bend the bracket to hold the pump in place and then add a screw and attach it to the frame as the original screw was missing. Just a hole in it Another issue is that the wireless app was very difficult to set up and took a lot of tries to get it working properly. Many menus are in Chinese, so they need to update this app and make it easier to pair with the device. Now it's set up and I can see how high the humidity is in the room and how many hours it's been running. I set the unit to 25% humidity but I can't get the room humidity below 52% but that's fine for my music room. Overall a good device but difficult to set up and the issue with the pump was due to poor quality control.
