Doesn't quite fit in my boat chest, had to be modified.
I got this to replace my glove box on my boat and the finger grip part didn't fit my hole compartment so I had to grind and shave some of it off to make it fit. If you have a recessed hole for your box, it will not fit without modification. The rest of the mechanics are solid and appear to be made out of good plastic.
