I was dissatisfied with FANOLA's web store.

As an experienced user of hair care products, I was eager to give Fanola a try. However, I was let down by my interaction with their web store. They advertise themselves as a "beauty haven for all hair types," but I didn't feel like they have anything that would work for my hair type. Also, I had trouble navigating and locating items on their website due to its poor user interface. I tried to get in touch with their customer service department, but I only got unhelpful and unresponsive responses. My order was late in arriving, and when it did, the wrapping wasn't very good. Some of the things I received were poorly wrapped and leaked, making a mess and perhaps damaging the rest of the cargo. In sum, shopping at Fanola's virtual storefront was a difficult and disheartening ordeal for me. Their things may work for some people, but between their limited inventory and unhelpful staff, I doubt I'll ever buy from them again.
