I would only use it for temporary purposes, it's not easy to clean, sheets get stuck around those black things, sheets are scattered all over the floor. Because of this I keep some old towels underneath and even then all sorts of things get left on the towel. It falls apart easily at the bottom even if you move it and it doesn't stay together at all! I will have to buy my guinea pig another cage. Don't waste your money on this, I don't recommend it.
