When my hamster was switched from an old brand of pet food he was fed at the store to this new pellet, he kept choosing this pellet over his old brand of food. Not surprisingly, however, these pellets are often recommended by the hamster care community. He gets so excited when I take out these pellets and eats them as soon as I give them to him. I put it in a resealable container as the packaging would not close once opened.
