OK, cheap soda glass, terrible packaging
The first delivery consisted of two cups with broken plain glass and broken brittle styrofoam - despite the double bubble cups. The replacement arrived safely. , tempered glass versions and for this I will preheat all surfaces. The design is well thought out, the implementation and packaging not so much. I haven't tried their tea brew yet, but if the ingredients are right, it would be a good enough brew. Things got a lot better on the 10th and Washington in Philadelphia.
