Wanted for a small to medium sized coffee pot. I was devastated that all local stores and stationery stores no longer sell this. So I stumbled across Amazon and found a few that I looked at and some of them are quite expensive for their size. It was one of the most decent and inexpensive coffee pots. This product has had few falls.1. When the courier arrived with the package, it was open and not in the box. Is it like Amazon lowered the price to not put it in a shipping box? I paid for the basic service and what do I get? 2. The cord attached to the urn was in an odd place and difficult to adjust during the event. Usually, the cord comes out from the back of the urn, not some strange place.3. As there is no water level visible in the urn, you can only see how much liquid is left by opening the top lid and removing the filter (careful: it gets very hot with it). The cable is too short and does not reach the socket. I had to take an extra outlet and extension cord with me.
