Missing items but looks great.

I was so excited when I received the notification that the bike had been shipped and would be arriving for my son's birthday! To our disappointment, when we assembled it that evening, we found that the box was resealed and a few items were missing. No pedals, footpegs etc. We've waited so long for our son to come downstairs to see his new bike on his birthday morning and now we're just sad. Hopefully we'll get a new bike as soon as possible!
