Less than description.

I just opened the box I received and was disappointed. This pan does not measure 9" x 13". The sides are turned out. The inner base measures 6.5" x 11". The top measures 8" x 13". The depth is only 2.25". I expect the quality of the pan to be ok is, but I'm going to return it because I really expected the dimensions to be 9" x 13".
