13 x 9 x 2 1/2 inch extra deep rectangular roaster with handles for multi-layered casseroles and large roasts. Made entirely in France since 1818 from Pillivuyt's proprietary porcelain recipe. Impermeable lead-free glaze won't craze, stain or absorb odors and cleans up like non-stick. Safe in dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven including under the broiler or on stovetop with a diffuser. Uniquely fine wall construction ensures perfectly even heat conduction and distribution and long-lasting heat or cold retention at the table.

Perfect Roasting Pan

This roasting pan is a perfect addition to my home and kitchen. My analysis of this product showed that it is made of high-quality porcelain that can withstand high temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has excellent non-stick properties which make it easy to use and clean. The rectangular shape allows me to cook a variety of dishes including roasts, vegetables, and lasagna. The only downside is that it's a bit heavy, but the handles make it easy to carry. Overall, I highlyโ€ฆ

Great product for pots and pans

has been repaired in time. There were no stains or bubbles when I replaced it. very satisfied.

Less than description.

I just opened the box I received and was disappointed. This pan does not measure 9" x 13". The sides are turned out. The inner base measures 6.5" x 11". The top measures 8" x 13". The depth is only 2.25". I expect the quality of the pan to be ok is, but I'm going to return it because I really expected the dimensions to be 9" x 13".
