The squeegee's pinch and swivel functions are disabled. Now it's useless.

After installing and using the mop for several weeks, the functions of the handle are locked and I can't find ANY place on the net where I can get unlock instructions. That, PLUS, my return window closed after purchase in September. PLUS, there is no support/support phone number or link. How sweet! This is not how you should run your business. Even canceling orders for consumables and new mops doesn't change that. It's so useless I can't tell you. DM Henderson, NV
