Good value pricing model; good experience using product

-Easy to use dashboard and clear report structure.-Good reporting options.-Integration with Google Analytics and other 3rd party tools and platforms (Dynamics 365)-Great customer service & quick turnaround time when requests are received from clients.-Limited functionality for non-native English speakers who don't work in business or marketing roles but need help with analytics needs. Would be great if we could have more dedicated support available, rather than relying on our account manager who is off for most of the week. Consider Sitelogic as an option when looking for a cost effective tool that will provide you with easy to manage dashboards and reporting. We have used this app primarily as an analytic tool and not as a CRM tool. However, in some areas it does function as something similar which is nice since we do have Dynamics 365 as well. I like that it's easy to use (even if you're not familiar with digital marketing). The team is very helpful when solving problems or questions regarding our campaigns. It isn't free but they have an option where we can pay per month instead of having this be up front cost which would've been more expensive than what was provided by them! We are able solve any issues/concerns related directly back to their platform quickly.

  • especially considering how much money businesses put into these reports now compared prior years' budgets
