Excellent product. You can clearly see that they have thought about the product. quality pen. However, there are 2 things to note. This is my second Danish whisk. Compared to my other whisk, the mixing wires are a bit smaller in diameter, which can be a little problematic when mixing large batches. I usually do batches of 500-1000g so it doesn't matter. Another point to note is where the wires connected to the handle are unsealed, which can cause the test to hit the connection point. As long as you know about it, you shouldn't have any problems. Overall this is a great tool and the length of the handle is a big plus.
