I like that it's easy to use, simple interface makes things very clear when you're trying new features out or using them in different ways than they were designed! The customer support team are great - friendly & knowledgeable about their product which helps with any issues we may have at times too :) We've been able to get more customers into our restaurant through this platform as well increasing online orders from guests who would otherwise not be visiting us if there was no guest engagement solution available (which also means less staff time spent collecting money).
