I like their process! It's simple to use, it's easy to pay for my bills, and the communication with them via email is always pleasant. They offer a lot of flexibility and make sure that you are able to find a solution that works best for your business. We have not been a fan of the mobile app though. It sometimes lags and doesn't work correctly sometimes. The customer care has been great but we would still love to see more features in the mobile app.
