No trailer accessory mounting hardware

Decent quality overall, lock and key feel very cheap and didn't come with nuts to secure the whole assembly to the toolbox door. what in? BP price can't include 4 #10-32 locknuts? Good joke. If I could I would choose another product, I replaced one where the bolts broke and the entire LL9000 assembly flew erratically down the freeway.
