Review on ⏳ 7-inch Nautical Brass Sand Timer Hourglass with Maritime Brass Compass – Table Decor for a Stylish Touch by Amy Blackmon

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Large particle cork

Although I liked the color of sand and metal, overall I wasn't impressed with the product. The legs have different heights, so the device constantly tilts. The compass is nowhere near as good as the product image, the needle dangles and can take up to a minute to adjust north. I could live with the above problems if it wasn't for the sand river. It's a small piece of wood mixed in the sand, it only goes down the throat with a lot of persuasion, meaning the timer needs to be unlocked between 1 and 10 times per cycle. The device is sealed and I have no way of removing the tree.
