Switched to this brand after seeing the gold standard not doing so well in lab comparisons. Lab tested, maybe placebo, but I feel great and it tastes great in my cocktails. I like to start my day with 1-2 scoops with 1 1/2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt, 1 cup milk and 1 1/2 cups real fruit, and a packet of oatmeal with a scoop of chia seeds. Getting enough fruit gives me enough energy to do what I need to do after a 12-15 hour day at work.
