These bushings are actually made by TZK, an OEM in Japan. Really high quality. However, on most Tacomas, pulling these bushings out takes a lot of force, even with a chisel and air hammer. I was able to finish the job but if you can afford it I would recommend replacing the entire control arm for a much easier job. (Dorman or Moog have new replacement parts). Unless you have a ball joint press or similar to reinstall, these bushings will likely be damaged during installation. You can usually rent these presses at any auto parts store, or buy a cheap version online. I recommend replacing Toyota eccentric cams - Usually just cams with cams and bolts will do (nuts don't usually stick). If you are in a high salinity environment I would recommend getting some bi-metal saw blades to remove the cams with cams in case they get stuck in the socket. This will make it much easier to remove the control lever.
