I ordered a hat that was crumpled in a flat envelope. It could not be worn because it was completely broken, destroying any shape the hat could have. I decided to return it and was asked if I would like a replacement instead. I said "of course" and waited for my new hat. Received about a week later. to wait for him. a shattered hat in a flat envelope. A complete junk product comes with complete junk care for the product or even a basic understanding of how to ship such a product. Don't waste money. By the way, if you plan on just using the patch for something else, don't worry. The patch was either ironed too hot or just cheap. The stain is blurred and discolored. I almost never write reviews (good or bad) but this whole experience was so bad that I thought I might save some others the headache of buying these hats (pun intended).
