Review on Belkin F4U110Bt Thunderbolt Upstream Transfer and Charging for 3840X2160 by Jeremy Jacobs

I can't give this dock a high rating as it couldn't directly power my USB mic while I have another dock that didn't have this issue. I got around this by connecting my microphone and keyboard to my monitor's USB jacks and connecting the monitor's USB input to this dock. The rest is OK. I find it interesting that this mini dock has full-size DisplayPort, while my larger dock has mini DisplayPort. Aside from the lack of USB compatibility, the dock works perfectly, routes power over USB-C, and connects to my ultra-wide monitor with an unusual resolution. I like the single cable solution for my MacBook Pro. I appreciate well known brands for anything that connects to my work laptop, I can't in good conscience use an unnamed docking station as there may be spyware hiding in the firmware.
