Review on 🔒 Leakproof 3-Compartment Container Upgrade by Freshmage by Shawn Xayamonty

I bought this container after one of my favorite YouTubers suggested it for wrapping kids' lunches and also to get my 10 year old daughter interested in wrapping her own lunches. The two layer option idea is good, but if you put the sandwich in the bottom tray and then put something wet on the top layer (apples or fruit), the sandwich will absorb moisture and become soft because there is no seal keep them separate. I started bagging the sandwich to prevent this, which completely defeats the purpose of a reusable container. Besides the poor design, the lid was difficult to attach, if not perfectly aligned it would break completely and had to be repaired several times. I also didn't like its bulky size, but the measurements are given to fit me. Finally, the lid is a bear to clean with a rubber/plastic hose running along the seam that collects crumbs and needs to be removed and replaced with every cleaning. After 3 weeks of trying to get this to work I finally gave up and went back to our old bento boxes.
