Review on 📱 IPOW Long Arm Universal Magnetic Cell Phone Mount with Enhanced Suction Cup - Secure Dashboard and Windshield Holder by Mike Marks

I've had this product less than a week and started having problems. I placed the suction cup on a clean windshield and let it sit overnight. When I woke up everything was on the floor of my truck. I've reset it several times only for the same result. I finally managed to last 12+ hours. I put my phone on the magnetic piece and it fell back down. This time the suction stayed on the window (just barely) but the flexible part detached from the sucker. Now I can't force them to stay connected, nor hold on to the sucker. I am very disappointed in this product. UPDATE: Support contacted me and sent me a replacement to resolve the issue. I got a new mount and it worked very well with no issues. I would probably buy this mount again.
