It's great when the device works but we've only had this product for about 2 months and the batteries in the remote and collar are starting to run out. Now they don't last 4 hours so we have to charge constantly. Watch out for Dogtra's unlimited warranty because you have to ship the product back to them and they won't give you a refund or credit as long as they have the device for 2-5 days. So I am returning my product today, it costs me $25 and I have to stop exercising for a week or more which could cost me even more. Huge inconvenience, they just have to send in a brand new one if they really support their products and they can fix the one I send back. Oh, did I mention I paid $305 for it in about 2 months and now it's on sale here for $275. So it actually costs us $55.
