Listen to bad reviews. I promise. I've never been so negative, but this product needs a word of honor. I wasn't sure before but now I really think all the great reviews are fake. It was an incredibly poor quality product - it seemed cheap and I don't think the barrel is actually titanium. which stayed for about 10 minutes only to look dirty and never frizzed after that. I curled and curled about 5 times. During the first round of curling I felt and smelled like he was toasting my hair. After that, my hair was awful and awfully straight. (This is true even if you hold the curl for almost 3-5 minutes at a time as it cools. Still disappears after 10.) I know every hair is different, but it's a little harsh. I find it very hard to believe that this wand makes curls for others that last days at a time. Don't waste your money and don't fall for their social media hype. Instead, look for reviews on YouTube.
