Bulb 3: I bought it for a 48 volt battery bike. It's good enough for a bike. You need to attach it to the fender bolts to free up space on the handlebars. No issues with charging etc, hopefully last a long time as it's a simple light. The horn that comes with it is good but it doesn't sound like you use it much, it sounds different than a bike horn, I'd rather have a regular tring tring sound than a bike horn. The downside is that there is no way to use it as a turn signal. Taillight: I expected the taillight to be brighter. I don't use turn signals, they are difficult to use on a bike, also this seller doesn't have a bike compatible derailleur. Also, you don't have a flash option. This light is not good enough to attract the attention of large vehicles.
