The crankshaft position sensor had the same resistance readings as the faulty sensor we were trying to replace. Likewise, we had issues with the poorly running engine and stalling on insertion. I ended up buying an OEM crankshaft position sensor at a local parts store for a lot more money but you could tell the quality was completely different. The connector on the stock block snapped easily to the engine wiring harness and the internal magnet on the stock block is much stronger than this aftermarket block. Like everyone else I was trying to save money but this part is essential to the operation of the engine. Only buy these cheap reproductions if you can afford to have your car towed when it stops working and won't start. At this level, it would be cheaper to pay the higher price of an OEM part first.
