I like that they take time with our account management team so any questions can be answered in detail, not just some superficial answer such as "it's great!" They also have good reporting capabilities - it allows us easy access into dashboards where all of my data resides at one place! There really isn't anything i dislike about them yet though their service has been exceptional since day 1!! If you're looking for someone who will listen without being overly pushy or sales orientated this may work well but if your more goal oriented than listening then look elsewhere because there aren'.
