This sausage board is incredibly beautiful. At 17 inches long and 11 inches wide, it's just the right size for four or five types of cheese, grapes, olives, nuts and assorted meats for the perfect al fresco dining experience. There are two notches on each side of the board to securely hold the sleeve of crackers or baguette slices so they don't fall off the board. Can it get better? YUP! There are two indentations on the bottom of the board for easy portability AND a nice drawer for the 4 cheese spoons that are included! Handcrafted in the USA by a small independent business! This is a huge bonus for being able to support the US business, especially during the trying times of 2020. Cleaning is very easy, I just wash it down with warm water and some dish soap. I don't submerge it in water. When not in use I proudly display it on my kitchen counter. All five adult families get this for the holidays! Great price, great workmanship!
