I like this product because it makes a very fine line. There is no English manual for it. I filled it with caulk according to the diagram and it stuck in the first three feet. I figured out how to open it and saw the cord pop off the reel. Also, I could hear the mainspring spinning as soon as I removed the spool. Oh crap, I thought, then figured out what the yellow toggle button was for. I assembled it and after that it worked perfectly. The problem was there was blue sealant everywhere and it took 20 minutes to sort through. Tip: take it apart before you fill it with sealant and see how it works and how to fix it if it's stuck (again, no instructions in English). After putting it back together I found it was a well thought out tool.
