I thought I had already rated this product but I didn't. Actually I just came here to edit it so I can keep giving it 5 stars! My husband bought me this cold brew for Christmas a few years ago. I liked it so much I bought another one as a backup! Only after trying the slightly cheaper one and breaking it on arrival. So I just ordered from this company again knowing I like the quality. I recently noticed that the grounds were seeping into the coffee. I use this thing a few times a week so I figured I might need to buy a spare screen. When I contacted the company to see if I could buy one, they responded in under 5 minutes (evenings I should add) and said they don't have a replacement part but they will send me a brand new one. device as they have a lifetime warranty. I received it in a few days! I find it amazing when a company believes so much in their product and has such fantastic customer service. I am now a lifetime customer.
