Review on 🚗 1999-2006 Stainless Direct Fit Catalytic Converter by Elvis Bragg

Fits my 2002 Subaru Impreza TS Wagon 2.5L snugly. Looks amazing and has the most value for cat converters online. Repeat after 1 month. The exhaust rattles a lot, I checked it in the workshop where it was installed, no heat shields and mountings make noise. They indicated something was broken or loose in the exhaust pipe and sounded bad. Emailed Autosaver88 2 weeks ago but no response. Asked for warranty information, no answer. Guess they don't care about customers or even enough to respond when a customer has a question or problem/exhaust issue. Paid good money and thought it was a good product but it rattles and the seller doesn't seem to care at all about answering questions about the product. Be careful looks good but a few people have complained about the rattling in the exhaust, it's really painful to find out after 1 month it's bad and have to look for another exhaust and pay again for another install. A NON-GOOD DEALER SHOULD ANSWER WARRANTY QUESTIONS AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS ARISING OVER A FEW MONTHS. If it's high quality, then why don't they support what they're selling? Update: The company was contacted and it was agreed to provide either a new unit or a full refund for the defective unit. I choose a full refund which they did with no questions asked. I didn't have to send the defective unit back so it worked for me so I didn't have to pay additional shipping costs for the return. I'm so glad they stood up and gave a full refund for the defective unit. The defective block rattled, so it looks like something inside the cat came loose. Excellent customer service and I am very happy with how customer oriented they are. It took a while to get an answer but they acted professionally and supported the product. Thanks and good job.
