I'm calling Dell.com USA. They say that if I need Dell support I need to contact the previous beneficiary to re-register the computer on my behalf. When I gave them the model number S/N number. They laughed because Dell couldn't update the drivers for the Windows 10 operating system on such an old desktop computer. It's my fault for not buying a new $$. And also for not sending it back to the seller.
