I originally chose this massage gun because it had the ability to change heads multiple times. I tend to have issues with my traps so I really enjoy getting different pressures to ease the pain and stretch the muscles. I liked a flat head for big flat muscle groups. This unit is still very quiet at all high settings. It's not much louder than a cat's purr, so it's nice, especially when I have to hold it down for fifteen minutes to get general relief in the areas I'm working on. The weight is a bit high, I think, but corresponds to the size of the device. The case is the best way to keep all the pieces together, but not necessarily in an organized way. If you open the suitcase like a briefcase, all the parts will pop out in different directions. Unless you're circling the gun over the area you're working on, expect only one sweep of movement. Issues I encountered during initial setup. The instructions say a full charge takes six hours, which really limits the ability to just go in and use the device. The other part, the heads, are unmarked. If I hadn't read other massage guns I might not have known the difference for heads. Overall I am not disappointed with this massage gun. I suspect this is really intended for people who use massage on a regular basis. I can use this over a heating pad for extra relief if needed.
