Very disappointed with this product. I wanted something sturdier and the similar yellow latch was too narrow for my 2 5/16" ball tongue. I opened the package and was pleased with what I thought was a good product. I liked the design of the key. Took it outside to put it on a trailer and found the lock wasn't going to pay out as intended (note gray park is squinting) Maybe I could work with that But then I realized that the PIN lock didn't work. You don't even have to unlock to insert the ball piece. Too small. One step down in security. AND THEN the second key in the entire locking mechanism failed and stayed retracted and would not engage. I have two Bought units for two different pendants (and it goes very well with my black 2 inch ball pendant) but I'm worried that sooner or later it will fail if I use the second leave. The first lasted less than two minutes. READ USER COMMENTS ABOUT ANY BLOCKING YOU ARE CONSIDERING. After trying to find an alternative lock to this one, most of the theses and other reviews show many flaws. Read the comments. And good luck. Super disappointed.
