In order for this product to function properly, you must provide personal information and register an account. It allows access to your WiFi and compromises security. I am not the type to return products and I did not return this but I am very sorry I spent $20 on this product. At the very top of the description they should have a disclaimer for registration and the steps required to use it. If I had read that, I would not have bought it. I thought it was the plug in the wall and it does everything else. I was disappointed.
