I like how easy it is to use, you can create courses quickly using drag & drop functionality. The course creation process could be improved with more guidance for new users. It's free! You get what you pay for (in this case nothing). If you are looking for an inexpensive way to build courses then go ahead - but if you want something that will help you grow as a professional in the field of education or training then look elsewhere. We're building several e-learning programs at my current employer and we've been able to do so without investing thousands of dollars in software licenses.
