Support clamps come loose many times per session. It needs a serious redesign to become a good product.

I've been using this product for about 14 months and have repaired it about 50 times. If you're "just making clean" 3-point shots, the support clips will almost always come loose before the 10th shot. Now the straps are torn at the seams. You will need an 8 or 10 foot ladder each time to install or repair the unit. I used 75+ strong zip ties to secure the clips to the rim and keep the nose from changing direction. Without a ladder it is impossible to adjust the direction of the spout. On the plus side, you can fire about twice as many shots in one session since you don't have to chase after the shots you've fired. Unfortunately, you lose most of the time saved when you have to stop and fix the device due to its serious design flaw. Ties and other retention devices make it inconvenient to remove the device for play. I've noticed that a lot of the "positive" reviews are from people who bought it for their kids or only used it briefly. The product fails in everyday use. I want people to stop buying this product until the manufacturer fixes the inherent flaws.
