Let me start by saying that I really didn't want to buy such expensive dishwasher capsules, but in the end I gave up and did it. I have a very basic GE dishwasher so I've used several supermarket brands that didn't work well. Even my previous Cascade Platinum left my dishes smelling soapy and very strong. So I had to find something else. I've always known that Miele makes great products, so I was glad to know that they also make dishwasher tabs. I'm amazed at the results. They work great and leave no soapy or slimy residue or odors on dishes. Everything comes out crystal clear! Not only does my dishes stay clean, my car stays clean and fresh too. Even though they cost more I will keep buying them because they work great in my GE dishwasher! Using a whole tablet provides flawless results. Highly recommended! Never change brands. Miele dishwasher tabs work great! Definitely worth every penny. I don't mind paying extra for a quality Miele product. Here's what you should know: I spoke to a Miele representative and he told me to use a whole tablet because I have an American (GE) brand dishwasher that uses more water than a European Miele. If you use Miele you should only use half a tablet as they use a lot less water. You also don't need to unfold the tablet before using it. The plastic film dissolves during the rinse cycle in the dishwasher. Just make sure you keep the tablets in a cool, dry place as they are sensitive to moisture. I just keep mine in an old Cascade pod container. Make sure your hands are completely dry when using your tablet! I'm glad I found these tablets as they are helping my very basic GE dishwasher better than before, thus helping me extend the overall life of my dishwasher until I decide to upgrade! 👍👍
