I've been using the Upright Go S Posture for about a week now and it does exactly what I need it to do. A gentle reminder to sit more upright at the table after the 15 second slouch delay. I got a lot of reminders the first few days but now I'm getting less so I know it's becoming a habit. The setup process with the app was smooth and it was easy for me to learn how to use the device. Vibration is silent. Highly recommend if you want to change your attitude!
