Review on JCP Heat-Resistant Header And Exhaust Pipe-Wraps (Titanium Fiberglass (25% Thinner) by Ralph Banks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

2007 F250 6.0L Rebuild/Bulletproof

I put this on my exhaust manifold, top pipe (Y-pipe), downpipe (4"), CAC pipe(s) and wiring (new, must have no be spliced). I would say don't take a tool to tighten the tape, useless and even counter-intuitive honesty. Alternative lifestyle pliers (ladies, as my dad called them) are perfect for wrapping and cutting in one go. Folks told to use water i didnt feel the need.latex gloves and a tight set of overalls or paint suit will be the last step to keep the air hose off you.smoke after installation.durability i cant confirm as i mean 6ohshit right now just received from a restoration. I think it will hold up well. I used zip ties to hold the wrapper and folded the ends under to keep it from unraveling. Lay Si e the SS tapes on, USE TWO on each end, no need to save and do it again. Serious. Then cut the zippers, it will be easier. Air hose yourself and a shower, no need to itch!
