great product best in thermal film matte and cases

excellent product works great with exhaust pipe heat drop. I have used it on my 2 cylinder Honda alternator and to repair the stainless exhaust system on my 2002 Chevy van. It also helped fix the exhaust leak I had on the van. Good product

Cons
  • only available in black

As described works great

I wrapped them around my short tubes on my Harley. Looks great, dries well. I don't know if it was the manufacturer or my experience, but when I finished this time I didn't have that itch. The bike is still being repaired so I don't yet know how they will react to the heat. I'll update if it's not perfect.

Pros
  • Size: 1 inch thick x 25 feet long
Cons
  • Expensive

Ideal for packing the catalytic converter on my Jeep

Easy to cut with a large pair of scissors. Provides heat from the catalytic converter where the tailpipes exit the exhaust manifold next to the cylinder block and oil pan. Used JB Weld high temperature paste and stainless steel clamps to install in place. The past prevents the winding from shifting along the outer diameter of the two round coils.

Pros
  • Color: Titan Fiberglass (25% thinner)
Cons
  • boring packing

2007 F250 6.0L Rebuild/Bulletproof

I installed this on my exhaust manifolds, top tube (Y-tube), down tube (4"), CAC tubes and wiring harnesses (new, no splicing required). I would say, don't take any tool to tighten the band, useless and even counter-intuitive honesty alternative lifestyle pliers (ladies, as my dad called them) are perfect for wrapping and cutting in one fell swoop people said to use water, me didn't feel the need.Latex gloves and a solid set of overalls or paint suits will be the final step in keeping the air…

Amazing exhaust and emissions product

Excellent product that does a great job of reducing tailpipe temperatures. I have used it on my 2 cylinder Honda alternator and to repair the stainless exhaust system on my 2002 Chevy van. It also helped fix the exhaust leak I had on the van. Good product
