I was a die hard fan of a well known "intelligent" wool scock and paid a load of money for them. My boyfriend purchased these for me for Christmas and the colors had me spinning. I was skeptical. I am a year round almost everyday hiker and these socks are wonderful especially for the price! They fit well, aren't too thin or too bulky and don't stretch out causing my boots to rub. I've liked them so much I've purchased 2 additional 5 packs! I do wish they had some in more "conventional" colors like brown or black.
