Good quality. Insertions are within 0.0005 or so. Not perfect, but no worse than the ones we use in our work. (One is low.) My problem is that I can't get the screws out. I broke the Torx T15 bit that came with the tool and unscrewed the only other bits I had to remove them. I wanted to remove the screws and apply copper anti-seize to all threads before first use to prevent this. I was able to remove 3 but the last 2 wouldn't budge. Dissatisfied! If I could solve this problem, I think it would be a good cutter. To update. I managed to loosen the last 2 screws. The drilling heads involved are going crazy. Replaced screws and finally started the cutter. It performs very well for what it was designed for. Much faster than using end mills and inserts hold up well. I would say that I am very happy with it. It will deliver the chips to the farthest corners of your store. So make sure the chips don't end up in the part of your house where your wife walks barefoot if you use it in a home shop.
